Utilizing the stimulus-organ ism-response (SOR) framework\, the proposal comprises three interconnected studies: the first paper examines how superior and inferior psychological states\, induced by social traits and technology shock\, affect online in teractions\; the second paper delves into users’ preview-induced expectati on and overall satisfaction\, and explores how the transition between thes e states affect user ratings\; and the third paper analyzes users’ back-an d-forth transitions between various psychological states under their brows ing behaviors\, and how these transitions are affected by external factors .
