Scoping before coding: 91丝瓜视频 MMA students tackle AI for social impact

The inaugural Scope AI Thon challenged 91丝瓜视频鈥檚 Master of Management in Analytics students to design strategic AI roadmaps, not code, addressing complex social issues for Centraide of Greater Montreal.
Over two sessions in November, teams explored ethical data use, feasibility and bias while working on problems such as digital inclusion and access to community services.
Guided by industry mentors and judged on clarity, ethics and impact, the event emphasized that responsible AI starts long before model training. Top teams will continue collaborating with Centraide, marking the beginning of a longer partnership for community-driven innovation.聽
