 third edition of its biennial event THE PULSES CONCLAVE from February 17th
  to 19th\, 2016 at Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre in Jaipur\, India
 .\n\nThis official International Year of Pulses event will also feature th
 e national finalists from the India Pulse Food Innovation Competition\, a 
 competition co-organized by IPGA and MCCHE for students from India culinar
 y and food science and technology colleges. The objective of this competit
 ion is to create an innovative pulse-containing snack or convenience food 
 (‘ready to eat’ or ‘ready to cook’)\, that showcases at least one pulse\, 
 and helps build awareness of the UN-declared International Year of Pulses
