From boosting retention to bridging the generation gap, reverse mentoring is brimming with potential

According to Professor Karl Moore from the Desautels Faculty of Management at 91丝瓜视频 in Canada, millennials鈥� desire for regular feedback has led to a growing interest in聽reverse mentoring, particularly in an age where聽four generations (boomers, gen X, gen Y and gen Z) are increasingly working alongside each聽other. 鈥淢illennials get technology in a way older employees don鈥檛 because it鈥檚 all they鈥檝e ever known; they appreciate different working models and are accomplishment-based; they鈥檙e less聽focused聽on hierarchy. My students call me Karl,聽but聽I would never have called my professor by聽his first name,鈥� he says.
