Biography: 

Brian Fetherstonhaugh is a globally recognised leader in both brand and talent transformation. His career spans two major chapters: first as a marketing and digital-transformation executive, and second as a strategist in talent, leadership and career-development. He is now CEO of The Long View Talent Group, and serves as Senior Talent Advisor to WPP

During his career Brian worked firsthand with many of the world’s leading brands including IBM, American Express, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Unilever, Nestlé and BlackRock. For over a decade he served as Global Chairman & CEO of the digital-marketing arm of Ogilvy (OgilvyOne Worldwide) and later assumed the role of Global Chief Talent Officer for Ogilvy while maintaining his global customer engagement remit.

Born and raised in Montréal, Canada, Brian earned his BCom from 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ in 1979. He is a frequent lecturer at leading institutions including Columbia University, Yale, Harvard, MIT Sloan, Vanderbilt and 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ, and the author of the award-winning book The Long View: Career Strategies to Start Strong, Reach High & Go Far.
