  [at] mcgill.ca confirming their intent to apply for promotion\, ideally p
 rior to March 9. AA will coordinate a 15-minute meeting with a Department 
 Promotion Committee (DPC) Chair (Dr. Annabel Chen-Tournoux for Clinician-T
 eachers and Clinician-Educators or Dr. Vicky Tagalakis for Clinician-Inves
 tigators\, Clinician-Scientists and Scientists).\n\n				One week before the me
 eting\, applicants must submit a preliminary application (91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ formatted
  CV and draft recommendation letter- template to be provided by AA on init
 ial contact) to their assigned DPC Chair and AA at aec8-academicaffairs3.f
