Objectifs d’apprentissage :

Le programme est conçu pour vous permettre de :

  • acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour démarrer, promouvoir et gérer une entreprise ou un organisme pertinent sur le plan social;
  • diriger et gérer efficacement des personnes;
  • communiquer avec confiance;
  • concevoir et diriger des projets;
  • négocier et gérer des conflits.

Critères d’admission

Le certificat en gestion d’entreprise autochtone est un programme de premier cycle de 30 crédits comportant 10 cours obligatoires. Pour s’inscrire, les étudiants doivent :

  • détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (cégep) ou l’équivalent; OU
  • pour les candidats n’ayant pas les préalables requis, avoir 21 ans ou plus et demander à être admis à titre d’étudiant d’âge adulte; OU
  • pour les candidats de 18 à 21 ans n’ayant pas de diplôme de cégep, mais détenant un diplôme d’études secondaires, fournir une copie du diplôme et faire une demande dans un programme admissible;

Ce programme adapté s'adresse aux étudiants autochtones et répond aux besoins exprimés par les leaders de leur communauté. Le vingt et unième siècle exige la pluridisciplinarité tant chez les individus que dans les équipes, les communautés et les organisations. Ce programme présente aux participants les connaissances et les compétences requises au démarrage, à la promotion et à la gestion d'une entreprise ou d'une organisation pertinente d'un point de vue social. Il vise l'atteinte de la littératie numérique et financière et l'acquisition des compétences de base en matière de communication et de gestion. Il permet aux participants de développer les habiletés nécessaires pour créer une entreprise ou travailler efficacement dans une organisation existante, élaborer un plan d'affaires, réaliser des projets, communiquer avec assurance, bien gérer les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, comprendre les fondements du cadre social, politique et légal d'opération des organisations et gérer et résoudre les conflits.

The course will focus on approaches, practices and multi-disciplinary skills needed for efficient and ethical administration, the laws and regulations governing these practices, and ways to develop effective relationships with industry and government.

This course provides learners with the knowledge, competencies and aptitudes necessary for managing and leading both private businesses and organizations in the not-for-profit sector. Topics include governance, community services, community systems, management vs leadership style, and understanding the differences between strategic and operational planning, with an emphasis on financial and human resource management.

Application of selling models to effectively harness digital media to convert online prospects into customers and retain them using Internet resources. Application and practice of the business negotiation process and strategies for traditional and online stakeholders.
