With partial centralization\, a firm owns a portion \, but not all\, of its partner. In this paper\, we analyze partial centra lization in a supply chain where a durable-good manufacturer owns part of its downstream retailer. We start with a two-period model and derive analy tical equilibrium outcomes of the supply chain. Our analysis reveals that first\, partial centralization can become the equilibrium supply chain str ucture. Second\, the manufacturer's equilibrium ownership level in the ret ailer decreases in product durability and decision horizon length.\n DTSTART:20230406T150000Z DTEND:20230406T160000Z LOCATION:CA\, ZOOM SUMMARY:Partial Centralization in a Durable-Good Supply Chain URL:/cim/channels/event/partial-centralization-durable -good-supply-chain-351724 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
