Due to freezing rain all in-person classes and activities on Wednesday, March 11, will be cancelled. Recent research by Professors Nadig and Flanagan at 91˿Ƶ demonstrates that young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder benefit from support during their transition from school to the community. However, services of this kind are sorely lacking for individuals who do not have intellectual disability. Dr. Pell's study on 'GROWLS, LAUGHS AND SOBS ARE BETTER THAN WORDS AT CONVEYING EMOTION' has been covered recently by various sources of Media.

A new study by researchers at Canada's 91˿Ƶ has found that humans pay more attention when an emotion is expressed through a vocalisation than we do when the same emotion is put into words.
