 refused!\n Understanding what your refusal letter was saying\n Grasping yo
 ur strengths and weaknesses\n Common pitfalls when re-applying\n Useful ti
 ps in building a more competitive application\n\nFirst-time applicants wil
 l find this session of limited value. They are encouraged to attend the ge
 neral session offered on October 8. The September 23rd workshop is geared 
 towards forward-looking re-applicants.\nThose unable to attend may watch t
 he webcast of the session.\nComments on individual files will not be avail
 able.\nDepending on its success\, we hope to present this information sess
 ion twice a year: in early Fall and in late Spring.
