While employers are legally oblig ated to accommodate disability up to the point of undue hardship\, the pri nciple in practice offers insufficient guidance.  This seminar will examin e such issues with a focus on selected international standards\, policies and developments for reforming mental health law and policy in our workpla ces.\nAnna Lawson (Senior Lecturer\, University of Leeds\, School of Law)\ , Colleen Sheppard (Professor and Director at the CHRLP)\, and Derek J. Jo nes (member of the Research Group on Health and Law and of the CHRLP) will serve as resource persons.
