 , study\, and advance\nthe rights and freedoms of Canada's linguistic mino
 rity\ncommunities. The group's primary emphasis is on Francophone\nlinguis
 tic minorities outside the province of Quebec\, with an\nattentive eye to 
 issues such as access to justice\, the enforcement\nof the federal Officia
 l Languages Act and of provincial French\nServices Acts\, bilingualism req
 uirements for certain positions\, as\nwell as emerging issues affecting Ca
 nada's Francophone linguistic\nminority communities.\n
