 ERC Discovery Grant\nworkshop.\nGetting Your Grant: Strategies\nfor Succes
 s\nNew and established 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ researchers planning to submit an\nNSERC Dis
 covery Grant application this fall are strongly\nencouraged to attend this
  workshop organized by the Office of\nSponsored Research.\nThe goal of thi
 s session is to provide 'behind the scenes'\ninformation about the peer re
 view committee process and activities\,\nas well as helpful tips and 'tric
 ks of the trade' for researchers\nto enhance the quality of their applicat
 ions. This session\nwill focus on successful strategies for planning and w
 riting a\ngrant application\, with particular emphasis on the restructured
 \npeer review system and new evaluation process. The latest\ncompetition r
 esults and potential strategies for coping with recent\nchanges to the RTI
  and MRS programs will also be\ndiscussed.\nShould you be unable to attend
  this session\, a repeat\nsession will be offered at the Downtown Campus i
 n the fall. More\ninformation regarding a Macdonald campus session will fo
