 rture\nOrientation session.\nRegister now www.mcgill.ca/students/internati
 onal/predeparture.\nTopics covered at the session include:\n\nCanadian Con
 sular Services (Travel Reports from the Department\nof Foreign Affairs)\;
 \nPersonal health abroad\, including healthy travel tips\;\n91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Univers
 ity-Related Travel Guidelines\;\nManaging your success abroad\; and\nTrave
 l Registry - all students participating in a\nUniversity-related internati
 onal activity (i.e.\, exchange\,\nstudy-away\, internship\, graduate work 
 or undergraduate research\,\netc) are required to register their travel on
  Minerva www.mcgill.ca/students/international/registry/\n\nThe 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Univ
 ersity-Related Travel Guidelines require all\nstudents participating in a 
 University-related\ninternational travel activity to attend Pre-Departure
 \nOrientation.\nNote for graduate students: Graduate\nstudents travelling 
 to attend international conferences or formally\norganized workshops in co
 untries listed by the Department of\nForeign Affairs and International Tra
 de (DFAIT - http://www.voyage.gc.ca/index-eng.asp)\nat Level-1 (Exercise n
 ormal security precautions) or Level-2\n(Exercise a high degree of caution
 ) are not required to attend\nPre-Departure Orientation but are required t
 o complete a Travel\nRegistry form on Minerva for all travel activities.\n
