 ds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Laval\nUniversity. He 
 also acquired his Master Black Belt certification in\nLean Six Sigma.\nMr.
  Olivier Fichet\, Ing. Jr\, Dipl.-Ing.\, ECP 91\,\nMBB\, Strategic Consult
 ant and Manager of the Lean\nSolutions practice of Fujitsu in Ottawa\, has
  a degree in industrial\nengineering from École Centrale Paris and mechani
 cal engineering\nfrom Aachen University in Germany.\nWith over 18 years of
  experience in Lean transformation\,\nstrategy and continuous improvement\
 , Mr. Fichet has successfully\nconducted many strategic projects for large
