 shed speakers who will each present on an\naspect of the Libyan situation 
 before taking question from the\naudience.\n \nThe panel will feature McGi
 ll's Dr. REX BRYNEN\, who served as a\nconsultant to the rebel leadership 
 in Benghazi this summer\, to\ndiscuss the domestic dynamics and challenges
  Libya faces\ntransitioning to democracy. Dr. IMAD MANSOUR\, a professor o
 f Middle\nEastern Politics also at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ\, will examine how Libya will fi
 t\ninto the broader regional system. Dr. MILOUD CHENNOUFI of the\nCanadian
  Forces College will offer a critical examination of the\nrebel leadership
 \, the National Transitional Council. Additionally\,\nwe will hear from th
 e Chairman of the Canadian Libyan Council\, Mr.\nSALHIN GHERIANI on why he
  believes the revolution will bring peace\nand prosperity to the Libyan pe
