 \n \nThe Fall-2011 Program of the BIC Lecture Series will feature a\nnumbe
 r of introductory presentations to get you up to speed on the\nbasics of m
 agnetic resonance imaging (MRI)\,\nfunctional MRI (fMRI)\, magnetic resona
 nce\nspectroscopy (MRS)\, diffusion tensor imaging\n(DTI)\, and electroenc
 ephalography\n(EEG) and magnetoencephalography\n(MEG)  -- as well as how t
 hese are used to\nstudy the brain and its functions.\n[Please note that th
 is season's BIC Lectures will be given in\nconjunction with the new 'Human
  Brain Imaging'\ngraduate-level course (NEUR-570)\, which is being offered
