 mes 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Professor of Law and QRCPCL\ndirector\, Lionel Smith. The whole
  91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Law\ncommunity is invited to take part in the discussion\, so plea
 se\nshare this invitation with graduate students and research\nassistants.
  The main purpose of this seminar series is to offer a\nforum to younger s
 cholars to present their ideas and to engage with\nthose of others in an i
 nformal setting.\nCold drinks and cookies will be served.\nAbstract: After
  over a decade of transsystemic\nteaching\, has the transsystemic approach
  evolved from a way of\nteaching law to a way of thinking about law? And i
 f so\, is the\nFaculty of Law ready to embark on a project that aims to ex
 plore\nand disseminate this new epistemology? When law is conceived\ntrans
 systemically\, what do we understand by the idea of 'trust'? Or\n'reliance
 '? Or 'good faith'?\nThe QRCPCL is launching a collectively authored volum
 e which\naims to illustrate some of the lessons of the last decade\, as\ne
 xperienced by those who have participated in the enterprise. This\nseminar
  will touch on the goals of the project\, partly by way of\nthe discussion
