 stitutions capable of\nrealizing their development.  The approach has yiel
 ded\nimpressive results\, and represents a model for other parts of the\nc
 ountry.   Lessons from this initiative are helping to\nshape future suppor
 t to community level governance in Afghanistan\nand other conflict prone c
 ountries.\n
