 e Law of Torts: Scientific Evidence and Medicinal Product\nLiability (Hart
 \, 1999) was nominated for the SPTL Book\nPrize. He is the co-editor of Ph
 armaceutical\nMedicine\, Biotechnology and European Law (Cambridge Univers
 ity\nPress\, 2001)\, co-author of Product Liability\n(Oxford University Pr
 ess\, 2004)\, and editor\nof Perspectives on Causation (Hart\, 2010). He i
 s\ncurrently writing a monograph entitled Medicinal Product\nLiability and
  Regulation (to be published by Hart in 2012).Dr.\nGoldberg is a Visiting
