 nd their Blogs: Characteristics\, Preferences and\nPerceptions Impacting D
 igital Preservation\, as well as her\ndecisions\, strategies\, and protoco
 ls in her research\ndesign. Her descriptive study investigated scholars wh
 o\nblog in the areas of history\, economics\, law\, biology\, chemistry\na
 nd physics\, as well as attributes of their respective blogs. It\noffers a
 n examination of scholars’ attitudes and perceptions of\ntheir blogs in re
 lation to the system of scholarly communication\nand their preferences for
  digital preservation. Further\, it\ninvestigates blog publishing behavior
 s and blog characteristics\nthat influence preservation action. Findings a
 re drawn from 153\nquestionnaires\, 24 interviews\, and content analysis o
 f 93\nblogs.\n
