 ization Operation Wallacea will be giving a\npresentation about opportunit
 ies available for students next\nsummer. Choice of location includes the c
 loud forests and coral\nreefs of Honduras\, the lush tropical rainforest a
 nd immense coral\nreefs of Indonesia\, the rivers and estuaries of the Per
 uvian\nAmazon\, the bush of northeastern South Africa\, the desert &\ncora
 l reefs of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt and the coral reefs of\nCuba. For 
 2011\, we are very excited to announce our new projects in\nGuyana and Mex
 ico!\nOpportunities include:\n\nLearning to dive on an uninhabited tropica
 l island among\nworld\nclass coral reefs\nJungle trekking in pristine un-s
 urveyed rainforests\, seeking\nout\nspecies new to science\nWorking on sus
 tainable community development projects with\nthe\nlocals  (Indonesia\, Ho
 nduras)\nMonitoring turtle nesting and behavioral patterns (Cuba\,\nPeru)
 \nSurveying birds and reptiles at a World Heritage Site\n(Egypt)\nSurveyin
 g river dolphins\, manatees\, uakari and spider monkeys\nand\nmacaws along
  the Peruvian Amazon\nPerforming big game counts and assessing bush habita
 t\n(South\nAfrica)\n\nThere are over 40 projects available for research as
 sistants and\nover 150 individual research projects.  So come to the talk
