 ormerly Sierra Legal Defence Fund)\, the nation's\nleading non-profit orga
 nization using the law to protect and\nrestore the Canadian environment. K
 aitlyn also teaches Development\nand Environmental Law at Ryerson Universi
 ty in Toronto.\nNavin Ramankutty is an Assistant Professor of\nGeography a
 nd Earth System Science at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ\, where he\nholds the Canada 
 Research Chair in Land-Use and Land-Cover Change.\nProfessor Ramankutty's 
 research program at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ aims to\nunderstand how global land use\, inter
 acting with climate change\,\ninfluences ecosystems and the services they 
 provide to human\nsocieties.\nDavid Wolfson teaches animal law as a\nlectu
 rer-in-law at Columbia Law School and as an adjunct professor\nat New York
  University Law School. Mr. Wolfson has written\nextensively on animal law
  issues\, with a particular focus on farmed\nanimal law\, and has represen
