 of\n'personality rights' that appear\, for example\, in Title 2\, Book One
 \nof the Civil Code of Québec? Does the English word 'personality'\nrepres
 ent a perfect equivalent of the French personnalité\,\nof the German Persö
 nlichkeit\, or of the Portuguese\npersonalidade?\nAnd what is the relation
 ship with the competing notion of\n'privacy'\, not only in terms of concep
 tual taxonomies\, but also\nwith regard to the operational rules? The most
  recent scholarship\nin this area has suggested that there is a “transatla
 ntic clash”\nbetween two western cultures of privacy\, one rooted in the i
 dea of\nliberty and the other in the idea of dignity. Has this difference
 \nin approach led to two (or more) different models of\nregulation?\nPart
