 egistered Dietitian and has an\nMBA from the University of Vermont. She ha
 s 20 years of experience\nworking in a variety of healthcare food service 
 operations.\n\nFor the past 12 years\, she has worked as Director of Nutri
 tion\nServices at Fletcher Allen Health Care\, responsible for clinical\,
 \nretail and patient nutrition services. Recent work at the\norganization 
 includes the implementation of new retails services\,\nroom service for pa
 tients and a food sustainability program that is\nnationally recognized.\n
 Diane received the first Fletcher Allen CEO Leadership Award\,\ntitled “Li
 ving the Leadership Philosophy”. She is passionate about\nlocal food\, bot
 h personally and professionally\, and is the\nco-author of a cookbook high
 lighting seasonal cooking titled\n“Cooking Close to Home”.\nA snack will b
