 changes\nthat are made\; this is truly ‘In Our Backyard’. This\npresentati
 on looks at the evolution of the river\, its management\,\nits stakeholder
 s\, and the effects of Integrated Water Resource\nManagement on managerial

 ive injection of capital\ninvestment\, among other resources\, thus genera
 ting interest in\nprivate sector involvement. One alternative being consid
 ered is\nPublic Private Partnerships (P3s). This seminar will provide an\n
 overview of the current state of public sector management and\ndiscuss P3s
