 entury. Frequently\, he uses woodcuts\nfrom the journal La Nature\, which 
 illustrate articles on\nthe development of chronophotography by Jules Étie
 nne Marey and\nAlbert Londe among others. He not only uses them as materia
 l for\nhis collages\, but the genuine photographic aspect of snapshots\nbe
