 parency principles\,\nbacked up by a regulator with sufficient comprehensi
 on and research\ninto the issues and sharp teeth to make a real political 
 commitment\nto intervene where economic or social interests dictate. Netwo
 rk\nneutrality may be a slogan that covers many concerns about the\nfuture
  of the Internet\, but it certainly provides an excellent\nplatform to cre
 ate this wider and better informed discussion.\nIndeed\, it may signal the
