 University of Saskatchewan\nCollege of Law from 2006 to 2009\, and from Au
 gust to December 2009\nhe is a Visiting Scholar at the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Faculty of L
 aw.\nHis most recent book is titled The Duty to Consult: New\nRelationship
