 ines\nthe function of cell adhesion molecules in the central nervous\nsyst
 em.\n\nPanelists:\n\nEdith Hamel is a professor of Neurology and Neurosurg
 ery working at\nthe Neuro. Her research goal is to understand how nerve ce
 lls\ncontrol regional blood flow in the brain and how this relationship\ni
 s altered in pathological states like Alzheimer’s disease and\nmigraine he
 adaches.\n\nLesley Fellows\, BSc’90\, MDCM’96\, is an attending neurologis
 t at the\nNeuro and an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology 
 and\nNeurosurgery. She earned a PhD as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford\nUnivers
 ity and returned to 91˿����Ƶ for her medical training. Her\nresearch focuses
  on the brain regions and neurochemical systems\ninvolved in human decisio
 n-making.\n\nWayne Sossin is a professor in the departments of Neurology a
 nd\nNeurosurgery\, Anatomy and Cell Biology\, and Psychology based at the
 \nNeuro. Through his research\, Dr. Sossin has discovered fundamental\npri
 nciples of neural plasticity and focuses on the molecular\nmechanisms of l
