 academic year. Students who have already\nregistered for the year must ask
  the Graduate and Postdoctoral\nStudies Office\, in writing\, to delete th
 eir registration at the\ntime of their thesis submission\, by completing t
 he 'Request to\nCancel Graduating Program Registration' form on the web (s
 ee\nbelow).\nNOTE: Students should not expect to graduate in\nFall 2009\, 
 but must graduate by Fall 2010 (at the\nlatest)\, otherwise\, they must be
  reinstated and will be charged\nretroactive registration fees for all unr
 egistered sessions up to\nand including the term in which they graduate.\n
