 m (IGF) Dynamic\nCoalition on Open Standards. He advises a number of UN ag
 encies\,\nnational governments\, international and regional intergovernmen
 tal\norganizations and public health NGOs\, and is the author of a number
 \nof articles and monographs on innovation and intellectual property\nrigh
 ts. In 2006\, Knowledge Ecology International received a\nMacArthur Award 
 for Creative and Effective Institutions.\nMr. Love was previously Senior E
 conomist for the Frank Russell\nCompany\, a lecturer at Rutgers University
 \, and a researcher on\ninternational finance at Princeton University. He 
 holds a Masters\nof Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kenned
 y School\nof Government and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton’s\n
 Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.\n
