 articles and monographs on innovation and\nintellectual property rights. I
 n 2006\, Knowledge Ecology\nInternational received a MacArthur Award for C
 reative and Effective\nInstitutions.\n\nMr. Love was previously Senior Eco
 nomist for the Frank Russell\nCompany\, a lecturer at Rutgers University\,
  and a researcher on\ninternational finance at Princeton University. He ho
 lds a Masters\nof Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy 
 School\nof Government and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton’s\nWo
 odrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.\n
