 s. Farina joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1998\nand became a partner 
 in 2005. Ms. Farina also has expertise in the\nfollowing fields: banking a
 nd financial services\, venture capital\nfinancing (particularly in the fi
 elds of high technology and\nbiotechnology)\, corporate reorganization\, i
 nformation technology\nand intellectual property.\n\nStephen Lloyd\nLL.B.\
 , B.C.L.\, B.A.\nPartner\nFraser Milner Casgrain LLP\n-Stephen Lloyd has b
 een head of the Commercial Department in\nMontreal since 2004. He has deve
 loped sound expertise in private\ncompany mergers and acquisitions\, actin
 g regularly for a collection\nof public companies\, family owned businesse
 s and real estate trusts\nin various complex transactions. Mr. Lloyd is al
 so head of\nMontreal’s Business Strategies Group and has extensive experie
 nce\nin negotiating commercial arrangements for clients in various\nindust
 ries\, notably the forest products industry. He is head of\nFMC’s National
  Forest Product Industry Practice Group and is\nknowledgeable in the ongoi
 ng business operations of various\nCanadian forest products companies.\n\n
 Danny Lew\nLL.B.\, LL.L.\, B.Sc.\nLabour and Employment Law Group\nHeenan 
 Blaikie\n-Danny Lew joined Heenan Blaikie in 2007\, having first worked as
  a\nstudent and completed his articling with the firm. Mr. Lew is a\nmembe
 r of our Labour and Employment Law Group and is particularly\ninterested i
 n human rights\, employment standards\, public and\nadministrative law\, a
 s well as negotiation and interpretation of\ncollective agreements. In add
 ition to English and French\, Mr. Lew\nis conversant in Cantonese\, Mandar
 in\, Spanish and Portuguese.\n\nOwen Ripley\n3rd year Law Student\n91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ 
 University\nOwen is in his third year of law school and holds a BA in East
 \nAsian History from 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. He has completed his core requirements\,\nas 
 well as courses in tax law\, trust law and corporate law. During\nhis stud
 ies\, he has helped organize a major constitutional law\nconference in Que
 bec City\, been a tutorial leader and been a member\nof a moot team dealin
 g with constitutional and administrative law\nissues. Outside law\, he wor
 ks part-time as a Graphic Designer and\nCommunications Consultant.\n
