DESCRIPTION:For the last 20 years the Redpath Museum has thrown its doors\n
 wide open on the last Sunday in May so thousands of Montrealers can\nexplo
 re and appreciate the wonder and excitement of natural history\nand ethnol
 ogy. Along with viewing the exhibits visitors can\nalso participate in a v
 ariety of free public activities\nsuchas making a fossil replica with plas
 ter\, or dissecting an\nowl pellet to identify the bones found in it. Spec
 ial\npresentations allow visitors to learn about the museum's star\nattrac
 tions\, the Albertosaurus\, Dromeosaurus\, and the\nnewest dino in the gro
 up\, Sara\, the teenage\nceratopsian. Weather permitting visitors can gaze
  at the\nsun in security with a solar telescope\, guided by the members of
 \nthe Royal Astronomical Society.\nFree\, everyone welcome. No reservation
  necessary.\n
