DESCRIPTION:The Alumni Association of Southern Alberta wants to give you an
 \ninside look at one of Calgary’s finest institutions\, the Big Rock\nBrew
 ery. The dream of proud Albertan Ed McNally\, Big Rock has been\nproducing
  some of North America’s finest beers and ales since 1986.\nThis is a uniq
 ue opportunity for 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ alumni and friends to tour\nthis leading brewery
  and sample their products.\nThe evening will kick off with a reception at
  6:00 pm\, followed\nby a tour at 6:30 pm\, and a social gathering from 7:
 30 pm to 9:00\npm\, which will feature a wide selection of appetizers and
 \nrefreshments.\nBig Rock beer is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot\,
  the\nBavarian Purity Law of 1516. This means that they use only four\ning
 redients – malted barley\, hops\, yeast and water – to create\ntheir all-n
 atural flavour.\nThe brewery tour will cover the Mill Room\, Mash Tun\, La
 uter Tun\,\nBrew Kettle and Hot Wort Tanks\, as well as the Fermenting\,\n
 Filtration\, Kegging\, and Canning and Bottling departments.\nParticipants
  will receive nine 2-oz samples of Big Rock’s various\nproducts\, and ever
 yone will be able to produce their own six-bottle\npack to take home.\nPle
