  be delivered by Robert Rabinovitch.\nA graduate of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and 
 the University of\nPennsylvania\, Robert Rabinovitch holds an MA and a PhD
  in economics\nand finance. He has held important senior positions in the 
 federal\ngovernment including deputy secretary to the Cabinet for Planning
 \,\ndeputy minister in the Department of Communications and under\nsecreta
 ry of state. In 1987 he joined Claridge Inc. as senior\nvice-president\, b
 ecoming its chief operating officer in 1990. In\n1999\, Dr. Rabinovitch re
 -entered the public arena\, serving as\npresident and chief executive offi
 cer of the Canadian Broadcasting\nCorporation (CBC) until 2007. In 2003\, 
 he was awarded an honorary\nDoctor of Laws degree by York University. Dr. 
 Rabinovitch has been\na member of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Board of Governors since 1997 a
 nd its chair\nsince 1999.\nWine and cheese reception to follow. Admission
