 \nat 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and a Visiting Scholar at the Bipartisan Policy Center in\nWas
 hington\, D.C. He is the author of several books\, including\nMorning in A
 merica: How Ronald Reagan Invented the 1980s\nand Hillary Rodham Clinton: 
 Polarizing First Lady. He\ncomments frequently about the American presiden
 cy on television and\nradio\, and has published articles in the Wall Stree
 t\nJournal\, New York Times\, Washington Post\,\nBoston Globe and USA Week
