 ly\nmind-boggling - cells divide\, find their appointed spot in tissues\na
 nd make connections with other cells. Discovering the way all this\nhappen
 s remains one of the major challenges in modern science.\nLearn how resear
 chers are borrowing technologies developed in\nvarious fields\, including 
 nanoparticles and lasers\, to reveal the\ninner details of the biomolecula
 r dance of life.\nPaul Wiseman is an Associate Professor who holds appoint
 ments in\nthe Departments of Physics and Chemistry. He obtained his PhD in
 \nChemistry from the University of Western Ontario in 1995\, and came\nto 
 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ in 2001 after post-doctoral fellowships in Japan and\nCalifornia. T
 he winner of two teaching awards in 2007\, he has been\nhailed for his 'ex
 traordinary abilities as a teacher' and as 'a\nmentor and an outstanding r
 ole model for students and faculty\nalike.' When not teaching or doing res
 earch\, Professor Wiseman is a\npower forward in 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s intramural hocke
