Dear MMP Users,

We would like to inform you that following a recent update implemented by Jaggaer, the software provider for the 91丝瓜视频 Marketplace (MMP), MMP requisitions are currently failing to process.

Jaggaer, Procurement Services, and IT Services are actively investigating the issue and working together to identify and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Resolving this matter remains our highest priority.

We recommend postponing the submission of requisitions until the issue has been resolved. Users who proceed with creating or submitting requisitions will encounter errors related to this ongoing issue.

For purchases that cannot be delayed, PCard holders may use their Procurement Card where appropriate and in accordance with the 91丝瓜视频 PCard Regulation and all applicable procurement policies and procedures. The use of a PCard during this service interruption does not create an exception to existing purchasing requirements, approval requirements, transaction limits, or other policy obligations.

We understand the impact this may have on your operations and appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution. Updates will be communicated as soon as additional information becomes available.
