 ntion to the present moment through acceptance and self-regulation\, which
  we don’t often pay attention to during stressful days.Folks of all levels
  of crochet experience are welcome and may bring their own crafting materi
 als and yarns if they wish. We will also be providing needles\, crochet ho
 oks and vegan yarn. If you do not have any crochet experience but are curi
 ous about the craft\, we can teach you. Together\, let’s crochet and knit 
 in a world that feels safer and in which our voices are important.We are h
