 ons.   Mentor Bio: Richard Dias is a distinguished Global Strategist with 
 a proven track record in the financial industry. Mr. Dias possesses a rich
  understanding of financial markets and economic history and can be relied
  upon to provide clear\, actionable insights for asset allocation and port
 folio construction. He plays an important role in producing global macro r
 esearch for PGM Global\, with a keen focus on equity\, fixed income\, and 
 commodities. Mr. Dias collaborates closely with PGM clients\, delivering c
 ompelling economic analyses and innovative global macro investment ideas. 
 With a strong foundation from BCA Research in Montreal\, he honed his expe
 rtise as the Global Macro Strategist for hedge funds and asset managers in
  the U.K. Mr. Dias graduated from 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ with a degree in Econo
