DESCRIPTION:Dr. Karine St-Jean is a psychologist\, member of the Quebec Ord
 er of Psychologists and a mindfulness teacher. She completed her doctoral 
 degree at the UQAM and\, for the first 10 years of her professional life\,
  she worked as an entrepreneur and manager in the field of workplace healt
 h\, while having a clinical practice. She now devotes herself to her psych
 ological practices. Her therapy style is integrative with a strong emphasi
 s on relational processes. Her approach interweaves ACT\, Mindfulness-base
 d approaches and IFS.\n\nAs a therapist\, Dr. St-Jean has a collaborative\
 , active and practical approach. Her non-judgemental and open attitude all
 ows her to meet her clients where they are in their life. Her intention is
  to offer a space where everyone can pursue their goals\, reduce their str
 ess\, improve their mood\, and better adjust to the many challenges of lif
 e. She works with an adult clientele struggling with stress\, depression\,
  anxiety (including eco anxiety) and adjustment difficulties as well as wi
 th with workers and leaders with personal or work related issues.\n\nDr. S
 t-Jean integrates a practice of mindfulness meditation to her daily routin
 e and believes that this practice is a great tool to manage stress\, cope 
 with the challenges of life and find meaning in our lives. She is also inv
 ested in her own journey to healing and trained as a therapist to support 
 people in their own healing journey facilitated by the wise use of psyched
 elic medicines. In the context of her professional activities she offers a
  space for people to safely and legally prepare\, journey and integrate ex
 periences guided by psychedelics. She is particularly interested in integr
 ating these tools in psychotherapy as practices to increase our level of c
