 \nA generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is consistent wi
 th the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\, and ca
 n be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project environments\
 , detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategies for
  moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at their
  workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and potential ave
 nues for continued learning.\nBy the end of this course\, participants wil
 l be able to:\n\nPosition projects and deadlines within a common “5-step” 
 framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a project forward\,
  or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templates and pro
 cesses supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the role and challeng
 es of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a project manag
 ement tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill this role.\nTo
