 ges\, ideas and research!\n\nThe Interdisciplinary Network on Discriminati
 on and Inclusion will host a workshop and lunch on June 8th\, on the topic
  of Diversity\, Inclusion and Institutional Change\, with a focus on highe
 r education and the professions. Our special guest will be Professor Pushk
 ala Prasad\, the Zankel Chair Professor of Management & Liberal Arts at Sk
 idmore College. Professor Prasad will be presenting findings from her rece
 nt research examining diversity processes and outcomes in US liberal arts 
 colleges\, emerging forms of backlash and prospects for diversity. Special
  thanks to Suzanne Gagnon for inviting Professor Prasad.\n\nThe workshop w
 ill begin at 10:00 a.m. with a presentation by Professor Prasad\, followed
  by questions and discussion. After lunch\, we will have short presentatio
 ns by discussants from different disciplinary perspectives and further dis
 cussion with Professor Prasad. The workshop will end at 15h00. (Please not
