 \n\n	\n		Why CAMP CAYUGA?\n	\n\n \n\n	\n		Caught between childhood and adulthood\
 , this unique age group (15-20) faces medical and psychosocial challenges 
 that require special attention. Camp Cayuga supports individuals with an e
 xhilarating\, challenging and rewarding experience that will provide a lif
 etime of memories to draw upon as they face the challenges of everyday lif
 e of living with cancer.\n	\n\n \n\n	\n		When is CAMP CAYUGA?\n	\n\n\n	\n		 \n		In 2
 015\, Camp Cayuga will hold (one) 8 day residential camp session: August 8
  – 15th for a minimum of 30 campers approximately age 15-20 who are on act
 ive treatment or up to two years off treatment.\n	\n\n \n\n	\n		Where is CAMP 
 CAYUGA?\n	\n\n \n\n	\n		Scout Camp Tamararcouta\, a beautiful and well – equip
 ped summer camp facility located an hour north of Montreal in the Laurenti
 an Mountains (Quebec) is the home of Camp Cayuga. The facility is situated
  on a private lake with over 1000 acres of woodland and offers extensive p
 rogramming activities on both land and water for Cayuga’s exclusive use. A
  traditional residential summer camp\, it provides well-equipped cabins an
 d ample indoor and outdoor activity areas.\n		\n			\n				How to register?\n			\n		\n		 \n		
 \n			\n				STEP ONE:\n			\n		\n		 \n		\n			\n				Visit your clinic for your Application Package O
 R complete the online “Camper\, Parent/Guardian Inquiries” form to receive
  your application package.\n				 \n				The Application Package includes TWO requir
 ed registration forms:\n				1) M1: by all campers 18 years or older OR by a pa
 rent/guardian\n				2) M2: by your medical professional\n			\n		\n		\n		\n			\n				 \n				STEP TWO:
