MONTREAL - Striker Axel Dovi, a native of Kinshasa, scored the game-winner as 91丝瓜视频 tripled the UQTR Patriotes 3-1 in men's university soccer at Molson Stadium, Sunday.

The result clinched a playoff berth in the Quebec conference for the Redmen, which improved to 6-3-2 and can finish anywhere from first to fourth place with two contests remaining in the regular season.

Dovi, a 6-foot-2, 184-pound chemical engineering senior, snapped a 1-1 tie in the 68th minute with a bullet-like drive from the 18-yard box.

Teammate Yohann Capolungo of Vancouver, B.C., added an insurance marker 19 minutes later to seal the victory.

George Banks of Ottawa had given the Redmen a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute of play but the Pats tied it up nine minutes later on a Guillaume Surot marker.

Freshman Charles Kelly, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound 'keeper from Gloucester, Mass., made his first official start in CIS play and was credited with three saves for the victory. UQTR's Raphael Vaillancourt was saddled with the loss, despite a seven-save performance between the pipes.

The Redmen held a decided territorial advantage with a 19-10 margin in shots toward the net.

91丝瓜视频 has two road games remaining before post-season play. They will make the short trip across Mt. Royal to face the Montreal Carabins on Oct. 28 before heading west on Sherbrooke Street to meet the Concordia Stingers on Oct. 30.
