Canada Research Chairs Announcement

Dear colleagues,

The Honorable Kristy Duncan, federal Minister of Science, announced today the latest new and renewed Canada Research Chairs.

I am happy to report that three of our faculty members and one associate member were among the recipients announced today:

Prof Arijit Nandi, CRC in Political Economy of Global Health, tier 2 (renewal)
Prof Madhukar Pai, CRC in Translational Epidemiology and Global Health, tier 1 (new)
Prof Am茅lie Quesnel-Vall茅e, CRC in Policies and Health Inequalities, tier 2 (new)
Prof Nancy Ross, CRC in Geo-Social Determinants of Health, tier听1 (new, Dept Geography)
