  assistants de\nrecherche. Le but principal de ce séminaire d'été est d'of
 frir un\nforum aux jeunes chercheurs pour présenter leurs idées et débattr
 e\nde celle d'autres chercheurs dans un cadre informel.\nBoissons froides

 ecade of transsystemic teaching\, has the transsystemic approach\nevolved 
 from a way of teaching law to a way of thinking about law?\nAnd if so\, is
  the Faculty of Law ready to embark on a project that\naims to explore and
  disseminate this new epistemology? When law is\nconceived transsystemical
 ly\, what do we understand by the idea of\n'trust'? Or 'reliance'? Or 'goo
 d faith'?\nThe QRCPCL is launching a collectively authored volume which\na
 ims to illustrate some of the lessons of the last decade\, as\nexperienced
  by those who have participated in the enterprise. This\nseminar will touc
 h on the goals of the project\, partly by way of\nthe discussion of a draf
