Service activities now dominate economic exchanges in
industrialized economies; yet, principles developed for the
production of physical goods are still guiding their understanding
and design.
This talk will discuss the implications of using a value cocreation
framework to guide research on knowledge-intensive services.
This approach emphasizes how networks of socio-technical
relationships are mobilized to access and collaboratively transform
knowledge and other resources into valued outcomes.
This talk will be given by Ms. Lysanne Lessard, Ph.D. Candidate,
Information Systems, Faculty of Information, University of
Toronto.
